This Integrated Cloud Experience Demo highlights the operational effectiveness and efficiency organizations can realize through the utilization of Microsoft's cloud based solutions, as well as the seamless experience that can be presented to their customers. Woodgrove Property Management uses Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online to manage their marketing, sales and service functions. CRM Online also has been customized to serve as the web content management system for their Azure website and customer portal. Woodgrove also uses the Microsoft Business Productivity Online suite to simplify the management of their e-mail and document management. SharePoint Online serves as the repository for all contractual documents, as well as serving images such as property photos and floor plans to the Azure portal.
